As an IT Support Engineer (1st & 2nd Level), you will provide technical support for our software solutions, sensor platforms, and IoT systems. You’ll be the first point of contact for troubleshooting, ensuring seamless system performance and excellent user experience. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Networking, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or Technical/Business Informatics.
- Alternatively: comparable technical education with relevant experience.
- Also suitable for ex-software developers looking to apply their expertise in a support-oriented role.
First-Level Support (International)
- Receive, categorize, and prioritize inquiries (email, ticket system, chat, phone).
- Perform initial fault analysis using checklists.
- Provide user support, guidance, and FAQs.
- Escalate complex cases to second-level support.
- Monitor system messages and document actions in the ticket system.


Second-Level Support (National)
- Perform in-depth fault analysis using log files, remote access tools, and test environments.
- Collaborate with development teams and, if needed, third-level support.
- Execute software updates and rollouts.
- Train and support the first-level support team.
- Maintain and enhance the internal knowledge base.
