Technical Service Manager

As Technical Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and advancing our software solutions, sensor platforms, and IoT systems. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all service activities (installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive & corrective maintenance) for water treatment systems, instrumentation, automation, and related products.
- Plan and manage service schedules and resources to ensure timely and high-quality client support (municipalities, industries, EPCs, OEMs).
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for escalated customer issues, complex troubleshooting, and application support.
- Develop and implement best practices, standards, and service procedures.
- Monitor and report service KPIs, warranty claims, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Support sales teams with technical know-how during pre-sales and after-sales; deliver client trainings & presentations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory, service contracts, warranty handling, and third-party contractors.
- Foster a culture of customer focus, knowledge-sharing, and professional development.
Key Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Environmental, or related).
- 7+ years of experience in technical service/operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment systems, pumps, sensors, valves, automation, SCADA.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.


Preferred Experience
- Experience with municipal or industrial utilities.
- Familiarity with service contracts, AMC, and warranty support.
- Fluency in English & Hindi (additional languages a plus).
