Alistair MacKinnon, M.D.
Alistair MacKinnon is the Managing Director of NIVUS UK, a leading developer and supplier of measurement instrumentation and process control systems for the water industry. He was appointed to this role in April 2023.

With over 30 years of experience in level and flow instrumentation for the water and wastewater industry, Alistair has significantly contributed to product innovations, including low-power level monitoring in combined sewer overflows (CSOs) and flow measurements in sewer networks. He is also a serving member of the UK Pump Centre committee for over eight years.
Expressing enthusiasm about his role at NIVUS, Alistair stated, "I am excited to be joining a company I have known for over 25 years who have innovated and developed flow products to help the water industry become more efficient." He looks forward to "helping NIVUS UK grow and develop its presence within the UK water market."
Beyond his professional endeavors, Alistair is married with two children. He enjoys fishing, rugby, and sports in general.

Alison Miles
Alison Miles serves as the UK & Ireland Sales & Innovation Manager at NIVUS UK for 13 years. In this role, she is responsible for implementing NIVUS flow solutions across the water sector, covering key accounts such as United Utilities, Welsh Water, Northumbrian Water, Yorkshire Water, Ireland, and Northern Ireland.
A notable example of her work includes her involvement in a project at Five Fords Wastewater Treatment Works in North Wales, where the use of ultrasonic flow measurement technology led to significant improvements in treatment processes.

Robert Ryder
Rob joined NIVUS UK 9 years ago as a Service Engineer and is now part of the sales team serving as Technical Sales Engineer, where he focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the water industry, With a dedicated approach to customer service and technical expertise, Rob supports the adoption of NIVUS's cutting-edge flow measurement solutions across various sectors covering key areas such as South West Water, Southern Water, Wessex Water and the Enviroment Agency national framework. His efforts contribute to the continued growth and success of NIVUS’s presence in the market, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
