The individually manufactured pipe measurement sections are made of hot-dip galvanised steel or stainless steel and can be used in combination with OCM Pro, OCM F and OCM FR transmitters for discharge measurement and control in intakes and outlets of WWTPs, stormwater treatment plants, pump stations and other facilities for water or wastewater treatment.
Thanks to optimised construction they are either suitable for part-filled systems as well as for full pressurised pipelines.
Pipe measurement section long
The long pipe measurement section is conceived for nominal diameters between 200 and 400 mm and has been developed particularly for discharge measurement and control in stormwater treatment plants such as rain retention tanks, stormwater overflow tanks and storage sewers as well as separating structures.
Thanks to its dimensions it is suitable for direct installation of flow velocity and level sensors as well as the following slide valve without the need for additional adapters or extensions.
Pipe measurement section short
The short pipe measurement section features dimensions similar to the most common EMFs and allows to easily replace electro-magnetic flowmeters (EMF) which either are defect or inappropriate for wastewater measurement under part-filled and full conditions.
The section allows to install a non-contact level measurement for part-filled and full applications in pipelines up to 1000 mm diameter.
The additionally required flow velocity sensor can be installed in the approaching pipeline quick and easy by using a tapping saddle.
